Region 10 Student Congress, Chennai

The congress was held from 28-30th Jan, 2008. 6 of our student members represented our student branch. It was an eye-opening event which widened our perspective towards the working of IEEE. One of the most enjoyable experiences was when we clinched the award for being 'One of the 4 best Student Branches of Region 10'. We were fortunate to have a brief chat with Mr. John Wig, to whom we put forth some ideas we had in mind to make IEEE serve the students better. The event also marked our approval to participate towards the cause of GINI.
